This Strawberries & Cream Mocktail, that’s actually good for you, is the perfect cozy-meets-refreshing drink that feels indulgent but is secretly nourishing. With just a few ingredients and zero alcohol, it’s ideal for summer evenings, afternoon pick-me-ups, or anytime you want a creamy, strawberry-forward sip that’s light and naturally sweet.
Ingredients
- Ice cubes (1–2 per glass)
- 1 can of Strawberry Vanilla Olipop
- 1/3 cup oat milk (unsweetened or vanilla)
- Optional: 2–3 frozen strawberries
- Optional: sweetener of your choice (like honey, maple syrup, or stevia)
Pro Tip: “Pop your cocktail glass in the freezer before mixing. It keeps your mocktail cold without watering it down — and adds that extra touch of elegance.”
Instructions
- Start by placing your cocktail glass in the freezer while you prep the rest of the drink.
- Remove glass from the freezer and add 1–2 ice cubes.
- If using frozen strawberries, add 2–3 to the glass.
- Optional sweet touch: Before adding the frozen strawberries, drizzle a small amount of your preferred sweetener over them in a bowl. Stir gently to coat the strawberries and let them sit for 2 minutes to macerate and release juices. Then add both the strawberries and their syrupy juice into the glass.
- Pour in half of the Strawberry Vanilla Olipop can (about 6–7 oz).
- In a separate cup, froth 1/3 cup of oat milk using a handheld or electric frother.
- Gently pour the frothed oat milk over the Olipop mixture to top off your drink.
- Serve immediately and enjoy with a straw or cocktail spoon!
If you're looking for a frother, I use the Nespresso Aeroccino and it works beautifully for mocktails and lattes alike!
