Strawberries & Cream Mocktail

This Strawberries & Cream Mocktail, that’s actually good for you, is the perfect cozy-meets-refreshing drink that feels indulgent but is secretly nourishing. With just a few ingredients and zero alcohol, it’s ideal for summer evenings, afternoon pick-me-ups, or anytime you want a creamy, strawberry-forward sip that’s light and naturally sweet.

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes (1–2 per glass)
  • 1 can of Strawberry Vanilla Olipop
  • 1/3 cup oat milk (unsweetened or vanilla)
  • Optional: 2–3 frozen strawberries
  • Optional: sweetener of your choice (like honey, maple syrup, or stevia)
Pro Tip: “Pop your cocktail glass in the freezer before mixing. It keeps your mocktail cold without watering it down — and adds that extra touch of elegance.”

Instructions

  1. Start by placing your cocktail glass in the freezer while you prep the rest of the drink.
  2. Remove glass from the freezer and add 1–2 ice cubes.
  3. If using frozen strawberries, add 2–3 to the glass.
  4. Optional sweet touch: Before adding the frozen strawberries, drizzle a small amount of your preferred sweetener over them in a bowl. Stir gently to coat the strawberries and let them sit for 2 minutes to macerate and release juices. Then add both the strawberries and their syrupy juice into the glass.
  5. Pour in half of the Strawberry Vanilla Olipop can (about 6–7 oz).
  6. In a separate cup, froth 1/3 cup of oat milk using a handheld or electric frother.
  7. Gently pour the frothed oat milk over the Olipop mixture to top off your drink.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy with a straw or cocktail spoon!

If you're looking for a frother, I use the Nespresso Aeroccino and it works beautifully for mocktails and lattes alike!
