I’ll be honest: my blender hates it. I stained my beloved Vitamix so deeply from turmeric lattes, golden smoothies, and spiced soups that I had to bleach it — and having to pour such a strong chemical into my very expensive food prep appliance did and still does freaks me out!

Golden Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- ½ cup ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
