The St. Germain Bloom

If you love floral, French-inspired drinks, this is the cocktail you need to try. It's bright, elegant, and perfect for brunches or summer evenings on the porch. Think lavender fields in Provence with every sip!

🍸 Ingredients

  • 1 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 oz lavender simple syrup (see note below)
  • 4 oz chilled Prosecco
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • Optional: sprig of lavender or lemon twist for garnish

✨ Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice (or chill a coupe or flute if you prefer it neat).
  2. Pour in the St. Germain and lavender simple syrup.
  3. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
  4. Top with chilled Prosecco and give it a gentle stir.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of lavender or a lemon twist!

Lavender Simple Syrup Tip: Simmer equal parts sugar and water with dried culinary lavender buds for 5 minutes. Strain and cool before using. It’s delicious in cocktails, lemonade, or tea!

Let me know if you try this beautiful cocktail! It’s truly one of my favorite ways to bring a little French flair to any gathering.
